Masterminds

EmpowHer hosted its first mastermind! And I can't wait to do it again.

For a long time, I've been wanting to host additional events that complement our annual conference. I love seeing a room full of people taking in the messages of amazing keynote speakers and making connections with other women! And there's something to be said about gathering in a small group setting to have deep conversations with others.

Enter Empowered Masterminds.

I invited a small group of ladies to my home. There were four of us sitting in my living room for a few hours in our comfy clothes, eating snacks, and being in true community. We all showed up with vulnerable questions and the goal to help each other. Business, personal, random side tangents, we covered it all! It was wonderful to sit in a room of people who were there to listen and learn and truly guide each other through our thoughts. This is what EmpowHer is all about.

"Hygge" (hoo-ga): a sense of comfort, togetherness, wellbeing.

Hygge was the theme of my first mastermind. It wasn't grand or formal, or expensive. It was genuine, encouraging, and beyond empowering. For me personally, I felt more accomplished in this one afternoon than I have in the last few months.
